Returns and exchanges

General

Merchandise must be returned to K.Jacques within 14 days of the date of delivery.

K.Jacques will only authorize a refund or exchange for standard (non-customized or bespoke) merchandise sold on its online store and returned in its original condition.

In accordance with applicable laws in France, customized or bespoke products cannot be returned or exchanged.

The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer *

Since leather soles mark easily, the fitting of your sandals should be done with great care on a carpet or a smooth surface, leaving no trace.

Return policy

Products (sandals and accessories) must be returned in their original condition; unworn and including the fabric pouch they were sent in.
Your details and order number must be included with the returned merchandise.

K. Jacques will inspect the condition of returned products. Returns will not be accepted if the products have been used or are visibly damaged. K.Jacques will issue reimbursement for the full amount paid if the returned product complies with the above mentioned terms.

If the returned product does not fulfill our terms, the product will be sent back to the customer at our expense. The customer will not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement.

Legal limit exceeded

If the legal (time) limit has been exceeded, you will need to contact our customer service consultants by email or phone.

How to return your order

To facilitate the processing of your request for an exchange or refund, 

  • My account > Order history > "Details" of the order
  • Check each item and specify a reason for return, then validate.

If necessary, make your return request by e-mail or telephone prior to returning the item(s).

You can return the item(s) using the courier service of your choice. Please provide us with the package tracking information.

Take advantage of our shipping rates by requesting a return label.

Please include the following with the returned item(s):

  • Your full contact details

  • The return form, a copy of the invoice or internet order number.

  • Details of the item(s) you wish exchanged or refunded

Exchange

In case of a price difference, you will be contacted by one of our customer support consultants to discuss a refund or payment method (detailed under “Secure Payment”).

The processing delivery time for exchanges is 8 working days.

For all urgent requests (weddings, ceremonies, gifts, and holidays) or for customer specified delivery dates please contact our customer service center. We will make every effort to minimize our turnaround time.

Refund

Refunds for compliant items will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned items.

The mode of reimbursement will match that with which the order was first placed.

The reimbursement will cover the total amount paid for the order excluding the return costs which will be borne by the customer.

* The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer and may be exceptionally covered after investigation in the following cases:

- Error on our part in the processing of the order,
- Delay of treatment of the order higher than thirty working days.

K.JACQUES will not refund any return shipping costs without prior written consent.
