What repair services do you offer?
Carried out in our workshop in Saint-Tropez, our range of repair services includes buckle and strap replacement, partial resoling (outsole and heel), the fitting of Topy soles (non-slip soles), strap tightening, etc. For more details, please contact our customer service.
When should I send my sandals?
Our repair service is open all year round. You can send us a repair request via the online form on our repair service page.
Once you receive an initial diagnosis based on your photos, you can send us your sandals.
How do I photograph my sandals?
To assess the necessary repairs, please place your sandals on a flat surface (preferably light-colored) and provide us with these 4 views:
- 1. Top view: Both sandals side by side.
- 2. Side view (outer): One sandal seen from the side.
- 3. Side view (inner): The opposite side of the same sandal (buckle side).
- 4. Back view: Both sandals side by side, photographed from the back (at the heels).
How should I send my sandals?
You can send us your cleaned sandals, in a simple bubble envelope, without a box or pouch, accompanied by the repair slip printed by you.
What is the processing time for a repair?
The processing time for a repair depends on the repair itself and the period when we receive your sandals. We have a high volume of requests during the summer (June to August), therefore we can announce a lead time of approximately 15 business days.
Should I clean my sandals before sending them?
It is imperative that you clean your sandals before sending them to us. You can clean the soles (foot side and ground side) with makeup remover or body lotion.
Out of respect for our artisans who handle your sandals by hand, we reserve the right to refuse and return your sandals to you if they do not meet a minimum standard of hygiene.
