Our repair service is open all year round. You can send us a repair request via the online form on our repair service page.

Once we have received a first diagnosis based on your photos, you can send us your sandals.

You can send us your cleaned sandals, in a simple bubble envelope, without box or pocket, accompanied by the repair order printed by you.

The processing time of a repair depends on the repair itself and the period in which we receive your sandals. We are very busy during the summer months (June to August), so we can expect a turnaround time of about 15 working days.

It is imperative to clean your sandals before sending them to us. You can clean the soles (foot side and ground side) with cleansing milk or body milk. In the respect of our craftsmen who handle your sandals by hand, we reserve the right to refuse and return your sandals if they do not respect a minimum of hygiene rules.

An estimate is sent after study and analysis of your request by our teams.

Our workshop manager and our craftsmen do everything necessary to repair your sandals with great care. We work in the respect of our products with our own materials and accessories.
