DELIVERY IN EUROPE
Since July 1, 2022, the VAT rate of the country of delivery must be applied to all orders placed on a merchant site.
The final sales price will therefore be recalculated according to the country of delivery entered in your order.
DELIVERY IN DOM TOM
When an order is placed on our website with a shipping address in the DOM TOM, the sales price will be calculated without tax (VAT).
Duties and taxes will be collected by the local customs authorities.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE EU (USA, UK, Australia etc...)
K.Jacques operates a "Duty Delivery Unpaid" service.
The price of the products will be calculated WITHOUT duties and taxes. Local customs authorities will claim any additional import charges
In the case that a package is returned to K.Jacques
If a package is returned K.Jacques, we will make every effort to contact the customer and schedule a new delivery.
Additional shipment fees will be charged to the customer. If we are unable to contact the customer within 7 working days, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
