1. Trace the outline of your bare feet on a sheet of paper (hold the pencil perpendicular to the paper) and measure from the heel to your longest toe.

2. Contact us by email or phone with your measurements and a short description of your feet (standard, narrow, wide, Egyptian type , Greek type, etc.  ) and we will assist you in choosing the correct size.

We do not manufacture half sizes and recommend you choose the next size up.

Each pair of sandals ordered from our website is manufactured only once the purchase has been completed.
Processing and delivery time is approximately 10 working days.

When an order is placed on our website with a shipping address in the DOM TOM, the sales price will be calculated without tax (VAT).
Duties and taxes will be collected by the local customs authorities.

K.Jacques operates a "Duty Delivery Unpaid" service.

The price of the products will be calculated WITHOUT duties and taxes. Local customs authorities will claim any additional import charges.

You should specify your deadline when you place your order, either in the “comments” section, by phone or email.
Our customer service will then contact you to arrange delivery.

Before finalizing your purchase, please provide us with the details of your courier and your account number.
We will then organize dispatch of the shipment as soon as your order is complete.
