How do I choose my size?
- Draw the outline of your bare feet on a piece of paper (hold the pencil perpendicular to the paper) and measure from the heel to the longest toe.
- Send us an email or call us to provide the measurement in centimeters and a description of your feet (standard, narrow, high arch, Egyptian type, Greek type, etc.) so we can advise you on your size.

Do you make half sizes?
We do not make half sizes. We recommend choosing the size above.

What are the shipping costs?
A contribution to transport costs will be calculated according to the number of pairs ordered and the country of delivery. Please refer to the delivery section for details.

How do I place a custom order?

Do you do tax refunds?
Delivery in Europe, what are the sales conditions?
Since July 1, 2022, the VAT rate of the delivery country must be applied to all orders placed on a merchant site.
The final sales price will therefore be recalculated according to the country of delivery indicated in your order.
Delivery to French overseas departments and territories, what are the terms and conditions of sale?
For an order validated on our website with a delivery address to the French Overseas Territories, the price of the products will be calculated excluding taxes (HT). Duties and taxes will be claimed from the recipient by the local customs services.
Non-EU Delivery (USA, UK, Switzerland, Australia, etc.): What are the terms of sale?
K.Jacques offers a "Duty Delivery Unpaid" service. The price of products will be calculated WITHOUT duties and taxes. Local customs services will claim additional import charges from you.
I have a deadline to receive my order, how should I proceed?
You will need to specify your order's desired delivery date in the comments section of your order, by email, or by phone. Our customer service will contact you to arrange delivery.
I would like to use my own carrier, how do I proceed?
Before validating your order, you can provide us with your carrier's contact details and your associated account number. We will arrange collection as soon as your order is ready for shipment.
What is your return policy?
