DELIVERY
Products are manufactured specifically for you once your order processing is confirmed. Our standard production and delivery lead time is 10 business days.
A selection of models available for delivery within 3 to 4 days is also offered. Stock availability is indicated directly on each product page.
Shipping time: please allow 24 to 48 hours from the date the carrier collects your order.

Shipping Destinations
Shipping within Europe
Since July 1st, 2022, the VAT rate of the destination country must be applied to all orders placed on an e-commerce site. The final sale price will therefore be recalculated based on the delivery country provided in your order.
Shipping to French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM)
For orders placed with a delivery address in the DOM-TOM, products will be billed tax-free (excl. VAT). Customs duties and local taxes will be requested from the recipient by local customs authorities.
Shipping Outside the EU (USA, UK, Australia, etc.)
K.Jacques provides a "Delivered Duty Unpaid" (DDU) service EXCLUDING USA and UK . Product prices will be calculated excluding duties and taxes. Your local customs office will charge you for any additional import fees.
Deliveries to the USA and the United Kingdom: Product prices are calculated inclusive of all duties and taxes. There are no additional charges upon delivery. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
Shipping Costs

For destinations within France and Europe. Other destinations: Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for more information.
In Case of Return to Sender
In the event that a parcel is returned to us, we will make every effort to contact the customer upon receipt to schedule a new shipment. Reshipping costs are at the customer's expense. If we receive no response within 7 business days, the order will be considered cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
