• Design quality: comfort asserts itself in all its elegance, relying on collaboration between all links in the chain, right from the design stage.
• Raw material quality: we have established long-term relationships with our suppliers. Quality leathers and tanning, bespoke and unique colors, giving us the assurance of benefiting from an impeccable product.
• Manufacturing quality: sandals pass from hand to hand and from station to station so that each artisan stitches, glues, taps, points, assembles, polishes, waxes each shoe before stamping it. A requirement that is reflected in all stages of the manufacturing process.

At the end of the 46 different operations that bring the K.Jacques shoe to life, a rigorous quality control is carried out before it joins the wardrobe of our customers, who will then see them acquire a patina and become more beautiful over time.

Durability, Longevity, and Repairability

At the heart of our commitments is the conviction that our sandals have a sustainable dimension. We are committed to accompanying all our customers with sandals that prove themselves over time. Under the guidance of our skilled artisans, our shoes sometimes require more than an hour of work and assembly to ensure unwavering longevity. Each pair is carefully crafted with meticulous precision:

• Selection of raw materials: leather thickness, quality natural rubber, and robust cotton thread.
• The sole, which supports the body's weight, is made of two sheets of thick leather obtained through a vegetable tanning process.
• The creation of the upper: all elements of the upper, which hold the foot in place, are worked in supple leather. The ankle straps and straps, subjected to the foot's traction, are reinforced.
• The heel piece is made of natural rubber, used for its non-slip properties. In direct contact with the ground, it is securely nailed to the soles to ensure optimal support.
• Manual milling and polishing complete the work and are an important step in ensuring impeccable finish quality. The sole's edges are smoothed to achieve a glossy finish.
• Finishing and quality control are meticulously performed before the K.Jacques sandals are placed in their case and covered with white silk paper.

At K.Jacques, nothing changes in the manufacturing habits that have persisted since 1933. We have a strong desire to continue producing in France, and more particularly in our workshop in Saint-Tropez. The manufacturing workshop and K.Jacques boutiques employ 50 people during peak season. More than 70% of production is exported to five continents: Europe, North America, Africa, Asia, Australia.
