Discover the major manufacturing steps
1 - THE SOLES - Cutting the soles - The one in contact with the foot and the one in contact with the ground.
The first one is stitched and receives its white stitching.
2 - CUTTING - The uppers are all the leather elements that hold the foot.
A specific cutting die is used to cut each type of upper.
3 - ASSEMBLY - A drilling template is used to perforate the first sole so that the uppers can be threaded through.
4 - MOUNTING & GLUING - A shoes last is then used to adjust the uppers and nailed them to the insole. The assembly can now be fixed and glued to the outsole.
5 - TRIMMING & CARE - The edges of the soles are leveled and smoothed. Each model is meticulously controlled, cleaned and boxed.
